Repair or replace? And what will it cost?
Do I need a new roof, or just a repair?+
Usually just a repair. Roofs rarely fail all over at once — they fail at one detail, like a cracked pipe boot, failed chimney flashing, or a handful of wind-lifted shingles. If the rest of the roof has life left in it, fixing that detail is the right call. We will show you photos of what we found so you can judge for yourself.
How much does a roof repair cost?+
Most repairs land in the few-hundred to low-four-figure range depending on what failed and how much of the roof has to come apart to reach it. You get one written number before we start, and it does not change partway through.
My roof is leaking right now. What do I do?+
Call us at (937) 966-2141. We tarp and dry-in active leaks the same day where we can, which stops the interior damage, then come back and make the permanent repair once the weather allows.
Will you tell me if I do not actually need work done?+
Yes, and it happens often. A free inspection that ends in “your roof is fine, call us in a few years” is a good outcome for us. It is how we would want to be treated.
Do you handle storm damage and insurance claims?+
Yes. We document hail and wind damage properly and review your carrier's estimate so the repair is not underpaid. You file the claim and stay in control of your policy — we are roofing contractors, not public adjusters.
